• Long & rich association of over 2 decades with Neue Herbold, Germany, paved way in 2014 for a technical cooperation, initiating local manufacturing of Granulators to serve the growing Indian market.
• Confidence of existing Neue Herbold customers like Finolex & Supreme helped Leevams in bagging their first order for the locally built Indo-German Granulators. Successful installation & comparable performance inspired repeat orders.
• In a short span, Leevams supplied several Granulators for uPVC pipes, 200 litre drums, barrels & containers etc., including export of 9 systems until 2018.
• Partnership with Neue Herbold could help us emerge solution for a very challenging application. We successfully supplied system for de-lamination of aluminium-poly barrier laminates (ABL), wherein the aluminium and poly fractions were liberated and further separated, eventually to recover aluminium and recycle poly. The system got supplied with sound insulation & bagging system.
• Local manufacturing support helped our valued customers reduce their import investment burden.

• Close relationship with our Principals & Esteemed Users enhanced scope beyond just the agency representation! The local manufacturing support got further extended for upstream & downstream equipments viz. High-speed Conveyor & Catcherhood for leevams Optical Sorting Machines and Pneumatic Conveying Systems, Allied Equipments & Accessories for products of our other EU Principals.
• Respecting the good old saying: “seeing is believing”, some of the Principals placed their equipments at Leevams for exhibition display & trials to boost the confidence of customers.
• Growing population of Erema in India & neighbouring countries became a source of inspiration to build local service-after-sales team for quick assistance. Customers can now count on our local support too.
